Requests for donations are made through an application process. All outstanding requests are reviewed at the foundation’s quarterly meetings, which typically occur at the beginning of every quarter. Applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. There are two applications; the first is a preliminary application for any requests up to $5,000. For any requests over this amount, the full proposal must be completed in addition to the preliminary application. No application is required for any requests up to $1,000. Both applications can be downloaded below.
