Job Description

Property Management - Property Coordinator. Full time. 9am-5pm. Monday-Friday. Relevant Work/School Experience: college background preferred.. New college graduates welcome to apply! Positions available immediately. Train at our Allston, MA Head Office .  Positions available in the Boston area and at our Brockton Office.

Property Coordinator works with the property management staff, accounting staff , legal staff and with others in their department to oversee and manage the day to day operations of their portfolios. A Property Coordinator will be assigned a portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties as well as parking entities.Work in a very busy property management office.Skills we need: commitment to customer satisfaction, phones, preparation and maintenance of tenant records and related paperwork. Attention to detail is critical.Experience with lease administration, Real Page experience a big plus. Candidate must have computer skills; analytical and problem solving skills; be able to multi task and meet deadlines.
