Commercial Property Manager

Job Description

Commercial Property Manager.  Full Time/Permanent.

Obtain the highest possible return on the owner's investment by timely evaluation of income and expenditures utilizing property management and leasing skills.

Improve and maintain appearance and condition of the property to enhance its market value. Provide the highest quality customer service to both property owners and tenants.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Must continue course work with education; meetings and applicable updates.

Must be familiar with all operating Company software – accounting and property management.

Property Management experience preferred. 

Strong knowledge base for operational and facilities management.

Organizational, communication skills

Good communication skills, both verbal and written


Portfolio includes commercial properties in Massachusetts. Good benefits, time off and starting salary.
