Staff Accountant
Head Office Location: Boston Area Type: Full Time
Job Description

Responsible for the completion of accurate and timely financial statements for approximately sixteen properties. Additionally, responsible for special projects as assigned.

Duties :

Producing accurate monthly account reconciliations.

Communicating the operating variances to property management.

Providing financial information to lenders, auditors, property managers and company management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Must have knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software. Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment. 1-3 years of experience preferred. New graduates with relevant internship, experience also considered.
