Steve Weinig has been with The Hamilton Company since 1988 and has been director of our Construction and Architecture department since 1995. Steve is responsible for all construction operations including all company related residential and commercial construction, environmental testing and remediation, and architectural services. In 2002 he was appointed President of the newly formed Hamilton Construction Management Corp. Hamilton Construction Management Corp has completed many commercial and residential projects including retail and office fit-up, major historical restorations and renovations, as well as several new commercial buildings and luxury residential buildings. Construction volume averages over $25,000,000 annually.
Prior to joining Hamilton, Mr. Weinig held a position with a Wellesley, MA. based real estate developer and construction firm. Steve is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a BA in Economics.
