Ron Del Dotto joined The Hamilton Company in 1976 as building manager. During his many years of service, Ron has achieved many accomplishments including his RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Ron has completed many courses with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) with concentration in real estate finance. In additon, Ron has taken on the responsibility as the company’s residential property acquisition specialist. In recognition of these many accomplishments, Ron recently received his promotion to Assistant Director of Residential Management and assists the Director in the daily supervision of the management of over 3,200 residential units in addition to his personal management portfolio of 1,600 units.
