Carl Valeri, an honors graduate of Boston College with a BS in Finance, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the full service Management Company and its 130 full-time employees. Carl is supported by seven major departments including Commercial and Residential Property Management, Accounting, Brokerage, MIS, Architectural and Legal. He is responsible for overseeing acquisitions, development and dispositions within the enterprise as well as major corporate financings.
Prior to joining The Hamilton Company in 1995, Carl Valeri managed a successful consulting practice providing services in the area of loan review, asset management for local banking institutions, valuation, policy and procedure development and refinancing services. Prior to this, he was a team leader and loan officer for First National Bank of Boston for seven years in the areas of REO and Loan Restructuring.
