Full time site maintenance manager available immediately...
Looking for a candidate who will work independently at residential apartment community in Nashua, New Hampshire. About 100 units on a well maintained property. Need strong hands on property maintenance experience! Must have own truck and own tools as well as basic office skills. The position is full time and requires on call hours. Must be experienced and Maintenance skills must be strong. Provide a resume and salary history...NO PHONE CALLS. Base hourly rate: $17 hour – depending upon experience. Comprehensive benefits and eligibility for a quarterly bonus.
Must be legally able to work in the United States.

WORCESTER. Part time cleaning position. Available immediately.
Monday - Friday. Hours to be determined. $12/hour.
Responsible for cleaning common areas + apartment turn overs. Light maintenance and some snow removal.
